It is the place of residence of a Helena Hungerford (IR77b) per Liz. She gives a little background on Betty's recent change of residence, on how Helena wouldn't pose for a picture, and then compares her looks to that of Nina Gale (IR4071) who was a singer and taught at Toronto University.
