On Parade. Souvenirs of the Glorious Era. An Account of the Steam Locomotive.
This booklet was "preserved" by Southern California Chapter of the Railway and Locomotive Historical Society, 1957. There is a forward by John Boyd Hungerford Jr. (UNIR44). It is a 20 page document about the steam locomotives the society had a hand in preserving by getting them placed in a museum. In the forward John dedicates this booklet to the memory of another Hungerford Railroad expert who was also an author--Edward Hungerford (US495). The booklet was printed by John's publishing company--Hungerford Press, Reseda, California.
