This document is a one page, hand written letter written by Catherine Maud Townshend Lewis Jestin (IR4135) accompanied by a supplement comprising four typewritten pages showing her line of descent from Elizabeth Hungerford (IR5a in the Surnames Database) and Philip Townshend (IR5ahusbnd in the Surnames database).

This letter and all of the individuals in the supplement are reviewed thoroughly in The Hungerford World Tree, Volume II, Number 3 (3rd Quarter, 2016).
