Richard W. Hungerford Jr. (US26) wrote to the National Archives in 2004 pursuing a "lead" about Orville Hungerford (SH90) and Jabez Foster (SH28bspouse1)'s business dealings with the United States government. He was hoping to find documentation of their interactions with the government. This was the reply.
