The principal of Robert Hungerford Normal and Industrial School Inc. (THG13) wrote a letter to attorney A. L. Gaston of Gaston and Hamilton on 28 Aug 1915 outlining the situation at the school. They were experiencing financial difficulties and the attorney was asking for payment. You can read it here.
