This book, as part of the title, advises it was made to the Legislature, on the 7th January, 1851. It was published in Albany, 1851. See pages 163-167. Those pages are titled (No. 26.) Watertown And Rome Railroad. It was compiled for the year ending 30th Sept. 1850. Filed 28, 1850. The report was testified to by Orville Hungerford (SH90) & President and R. B. Doxtater, Superintendent.
