The Hungerford Family Foundation, Inc. - THFFI.org - 1960 and 1964 Court Decisions Article: William H. Hungerford, Viola T. Hungerford, and Susie Hungerford

A lawsuit between several Hungerfords was decided twice by the Maryland Court of Appeals. It is a cautionary tale about the wisdom of never taking anything for granted.

Nathaniel Eugene Hungerford, Sr. (SH810), a life tenant in a tract of land in the Oxon Hill District of Prince Georges County, Virginia

Henry Adelbert D. Hungerford (SH1112), a remainderman in that tract of land

Susie Ellen Bohannon Hungerford (SH1112spourse1)

Nathaniel Eugene Hungerford, Jr. (SH1113), a remainderman in that tract of land

William Harris Hungerford (SH1114) who was not a remainderman but who agreed with Henry to move onto the tract, build a home, and care for their father Nathaniel, Sr. in exchange for Henry giving him a deed for that part of the tract
