This document is a copy of a very interesting four page hand written letter dated 20 Dec 1985 that Mardi Pauline Lewis Quail (now Mardi Pauline Lewis Muirson as of the date of this writing) sent to Marjorie Haywood Arnold Hungerford (SH1046spouse1), mother of Stanley Wayne Hungerford (SH1310).
She thanks her for "the most delightful book which you sent me some time ago." Mardi goes on to say that it has given her the desire to "help establish a more thorough list of the Australian branches of Hungerford." She goes on to say "*In short, I am probably asking if I can be an Australian 'agent,' as I would like to see the Australian branches in particular better represented - for the price of your current edition, and a later one! The words "an Australian 'agent'" are underlined in red ink - whether by Mardi, Marjorie, or Stan is not known. Mardi then proceeds to discuss some of the Hungerfords in her extended family who she has discovered.
