Benjamin Van Dam (US16859cspouse1)'s family is a curious mix of incorrect information, such as the number of children living and dead in the census record (see a daughter living with her Miles grandparents) and the bad luck of having a similarly named family living in Michigan at the same time. These two articles reflects the second family Benjamin had with his wife Adeline. This is presented here for family researchers of the Van Dam family.
