The caption accompanying this photograph is as follows:
This emreald [sic] on a diamond chain sold not long ago in Hong Kong for over $2-million.
The word "emreald" obviously is a typographical error that should be "emerald." The date of "not long ago" is speculative, perhaps around the year 2000.
