Mr. John Boyd Hungerford, Jr. UNIR44 was an expert author on the topic of trains, second only to Edward Hungerford US495, who wrote numerous books on the subject. John wrote only three but they were well done books entitled "The Slim Princess," "Narrow Gauge to Silverton," and Hawaiian Railroads." This post card was sent out in 1956.
