The agenda for the meeting included:
1. The appointment of a seventh member of the Board of Trustees since the THFFI By Laws require an odd number of Board Members; and
2. The THFFI policy regarding the placement of information about living persons on the THFFI website pursuant to concerns raised by the Hungerford and Associated Families Society, Inc. (HAFS).
