The agenda for the meeting included:
1. The appointment of Richard Hyland to the Board, a copy of whose Curriculum Vitae had been circulated previously to the Members of the Board; and
2. Electronic distribution of the THFFI newsletter supplemented by postal mailing to those willing to pay a fee of $5.00 for the U.S., $10.00 for Canada, and $20 elsewhere.
