Clark Hungerford (SH816) and A. W. Ledbetter (Chairman of the Board of Central of Georgia Railway) received a letter outlining a proposed sale of stock by Southern Railway (of which Mr. Debutts was president) of the other two gentlemen's companies. It is a carbon copy with amounts inked in. This document was retrieved by a picker from Frisco's old headquarters building which was about to be torn down.
