This is a hand written list of names and dates on the back of Stanley W. Hungerford's letter of inquiry to Jerry Hungerford (Gerald Allen "Jerry" Hungerford SH1407 in the Surnames database). It shows the line of descent to Jerry from Bele Hungerford (SH274 in the Surnames database.

The list is undated but was mailed in an envelope postmarked 19 June 1975.
