The handwriting is a challenge to read and comprehending the dialogue is further hampered by the legalese used throughout the document. This document lists some of the other defendants in this lawsuit. The names are Richard Lord, Josiah Barber, Aaron Hungerford, Enos Tew, Brett Crenshaw, Erastus C. Broges, Jonathan R. Vincent, Chauncey W. Vincent, Nicholas Vincent, Oral Houghton and Isaac Braysick. (Some of these names are best guesses.) The balance of the document has yet to be reviewed.
