This document was copied on January 11, 1842 for the two main defendants in the lawsuit. Aaron Hungerford (SH182) is first mentioned on the second page. The handwriting is a challenge to read and comprehending the dialogue is further hampered by the legalese used throughout the document. It appears Richard Lord sold Aaron 120 acres of land in Leroy township, Lake county, Ohio for approximately 200 dollars (to which he owes Lord & Barber) about 1835 and Uri Seeley is petitioning it be considered in any judgement to satisfy the complainant.
