Thanking Dr. Hungerford for participating in the 4th Annual Golf Invitational meant to raise money for the Mather AFB golf course that is the sole course for all military in the area.  You can see a picture mentioned in the letter.  It features Dennis James who even back then was advertising for Physicians Mutual.  Richard Jr. remembers seeing a young Clint Eastwood there as well as hearing Andy Williams belt out a tune with a smooth voice.
