This is a three page (both sides of one sheet and one side of another sheet) hand written letter dated 22 Apr 1976 to Stanley W. Hungerford (SH1310) in which Lionel Rolfe Hungerford in which he expresses concern that Stan might have taken "liberties" with the spelling of his father's middle name Garfield, stating that Stan should "scratch 'Gerald' or Jerrold' or any other name." He also says that his father never used his middle name, just the middle initial G. He then outlines some of his early line of descent from Thomas (SH1). Finally, he enclosed a clipping about "Miss Louise Hungerford" having married J. W. Mckay." That spelling is an error and should be Mackay. The reference to Miss Louise Hungerford is to Marie Louise Antoinette Hungerford (SH202a).
