This is a one page hand written letter dated 21 Apr 1976 that Perry Eli Hungerford (SH924) sent to Stanley Wayne Hungerford, Jr. (SH1310) which was enclosed in an envelope postmarked 21 Apr 1976. He states that he is 88 years old, has been in poor health the last 6 months, went to the hospital in Plains, Montana, ws told he had a case of "Sugared Dieatis," and was told he had to hae surgery. He was transferred by ambulance to Missoula Hospital 9 Feb 1976 for surgery 13 Feb 1976 and was discharged 21 Feb 1976. He ends by saying that he will send Stan the information that Stan had requested.
