M. T., Baron Of The Holy Roman Empire; G. C. ST. A. Of Russia; K.C. ST. G. of Russia; G. C. R. E. Of Prussia, Etc. Etc. Etc., edited by his nephew and son-in-law, The Rev. Herbert Randolph, M.A., of Balliol College, Oxford.  In two Volumes--Vol. I., London, John Murray, Albemarle Street, 1861.   Richard Hungerford Pollen (the younger - UNEN314) is the owner per his dated signature and bookplate.
