It was sent in an envelope postmarked 19 Apr 1976. She states her husband's name and dates and places of birth and death as well as the date and place of her marriage to him. She also provides information about their children and their spouses. She recommends that he write to her daughter Joyce Alyse Hungerford (SH725a) and provides her address for doing so.
