This document is a one page document (written and typed on two sides) sent by Lela Ruth Gardner (SH1126spouse1) to Stanley Wayne Hungerford (SH1310) in response to his request that she fill in some blanks about her family. She typed her responses to Stan's hand written document showing the blanks he wanted filled. The document is undated but the envelope in which it was mailed to Stan was postmarked 17 Apr 1976. A photograph of Jesse, Merriam, Margaret, Racheal and Harold Dean Hungerford Senior (with their names inscribed on the back) was enclosed in the envelope with that document.
