Description: west half (100 acres) in Lot 2 Tract 4 being the same as deeded to Horace Hungerford by Fitch Comstock in a deed 30 Dec 1851 and recorded in Cuyahoga county records Vol 54, pages 289-90. Date: 27 May 1870.
