I am sorry to have to report to you that William Williams I wrote to you about died this morning at 10 o'clock.  I have wired to his nephew to come & see to things which I hope that he will do as it is not a very ple(a)sant thing for me to undertake the Funeral ar(r)aingments & settle up things in order.
