Needs to be reviewed.  This is part of the Parish of Pencombe, Worcestershire issue correspondence collection.  There are two letters pinned together - one from the Bishop to John Hungerford Arkwright and the other from John Hungerford Arkwright to John Percival (Bishop of Hereford) dated 18 Jul 1895.
