Found in the John Stanhope Arkwright (EN922)'s grandfather John Arkwright (EN806dspouse1)'s Diary transcriptions collection.  It was 1 of three documents discussing a point of contention regarding lumber from a piece of land.  It is dated 22 Dec 1925.
