This letter was sent to Richard W. Hungerford Jr. by Velta inquiring about a Wilcox/Hungerford connection she found.  The letter never does name the Hungerford but there is an entry referencing a Wilcox/Hungerford connection-see Fannie Jane Hungerford SH86b - that Richard and Velta combined to document so that may be the connection she refers to in this letter.
