This document is a copy of an undated letter from Thomas Edward "Ted" Hungerford, Jr. (IR231) as well as the undated letter from Stanley to Ted, a family sheet from Stan that Ted corrected, and several brochures about Lumina, the business owned by Ted. Ted's cover letter to Stan has this to say about Lumina:
"We mainain 36 chalets main loge [sic] accommodation for 200 guests, 35 boats and motors Full sports A lot of Property on the Lake - serving about 460 meals per Day So you can Realize that we might be busy."
