This was collected by Richard W. Hungerford Jr. (US26) early in his genealogical journey. (Later on he learned to capture the book title and other details like publisher, editor, etc.) Richard had discovered the Hungerfords traced back to royalty and started to explore that topic. To his amazement it led him from the English kings and queens to the Irish, Scottish, Spanish, French, Vikings, Byzantine, and Kievan royalty. He started collecting documents such as this to help create the pedigree and flesh out his understanding of the history of the royal house and region of the world on which he was focusing at the time.
