During the early 1990s Richard W. Hungerford Jr. (US26) was conducting a letter writing campaign to generate genealogical data and generate donations for the then on-going money-raising efforts to microfilm the Rev. Jackson Papers. He received this response from Gladys Hungerford in late 1993. She was the third wife of Harold Roe Hungerford (US8416). She claims he was adopted. She also states she is researching the Rundle family--her "heritage."
